Who we are

This website is operated by B3 Management (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this site.

If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, please use our contact page.

What we collect

When you send us a message, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, company, business website, the topic you choose and your message.

The site readiness check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to include them in a message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to host this website and deliver email. They process information only on our instructions and are required to keep it secure.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK or the UAE. Where that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no longer than two years unless we go on to work together or the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under UK data protection law and the UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for a copy in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, contact us through our contact page. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
